Site Visit & Feasibility — We walk the property or existing space and confirm what's realistic given structure, code, and site conditions.
Design & Scope Development — We translate the discovery conversation into a defined scope of work and, where needed, coordinate with designers or architects.
Proposal & Contract — You receive a clear, itemized proposal. Once signed, we schedule.
Permitting & Scheduling — We pull permits, line up trades and material lead times, and set a realistic start date.
Construction & Weekly Updates — Work begins. You get weekly progress updates, plus milestone check-ins on larger builds.
Walkthrough & Closeout — A final walkthrough before we call it done. Punch list items are resolved before final payment.
Warranty Period — Your project is backed by our workmanship warranty.
